Beaty Biodiversity Museum

After you spend the morning indoors, head outdoors to UBC Botanical Garden, Canada's oldest university botanical garden, located just a 15 minute walk away (or 5 minute drive). With over 8,000 plant species in this curated research collection, this is a plant lover's dream and there is something to see in every season!&nbsp;The Asian Garden features species from the Himalayas and East Asia including over 400 kinds of rhododendrons, while the BC Rainforest Garden showcases native plants in their natural setting. Feeling adventurous? The Greenheart TreeWalk lets you stroll among the treetops on suspended walkways, offering a canopy perspective you won't find anywhere else in the city.
